What is the difference between one-time purchase and monthly subscription?

A one-time purchase prepays a fixed block of hours to your account. A monthly subscription bills you each month for the same hour bundle until you cancel — recurring billing, not an instalment payment plan.

How do I book sessions after I buy?

After checkout, log in to My Account → Appointments to book 1:1 AI Office Hours. Your prepaid or subscription hours are applied when you schedule.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from My Account. Billing stops at the end of the current period; unused hours follow our standard terms.

Do hours expire?

One-time prepaid hours remain on your account for use within the validity period stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Subscription hours renew each billing cycle — check your confirmation email for details.

Is this the same as booking a workshop event?

No. AI Office Hours bundles are standalone products for ongoing 1:1 support. You do not need to book a workshop first.
