About This Event
Build the System Your Business Needs is a structured, in-person programme for entrepreneurs and business owners who are tired of renting software that doesn't fit. Using AI vibe coding with Claude Opus 4.6 and VS Code, you describe what you want in plain English and AI writes the code. You leave Sunday with a working web application running on your own server, accessible as a mobile app.
Four Days. One System.
Each day builds on the last — from business model deconstruction to a deployed, working application on your phone.
Day 1: Business Model & Systems Thinking — Understand before you build. Deconstruct your business model, audit operations, identify automation opportunities, and define your MVP scope.
Day 2: System Design & Architecture — Blueprint before you build. Translate business requirements into technical architecture using plain language and visual tools. Database design, user stories, wireframing.
Day 3: Vibe Coding with Opus 4.6 — You direct, AI builds. Using Claude Opus 4.6 in VS Code, describe your system in plain English. By end of day: login, dashboard, data management, and business logic — all working.
Day 4: Deploy & Launch — Ship it. Own it. Deploy to your own VPS, configure SSL, package as a mobile-installable PWA. Then showcase what you built to the cohort.
