Investment opportunity review
Private sourcing, evidence screening and diligence. Clients see an opportunity only after you approve and assign it.
Review process · 7 gates
Loading opportunity queue…
How to use Investment Opportunity Review
Private by default. A scan creates or updates private drafts. Nothing reaches a client until a named APH reviewer completes the evidence gates, assigns the client and selects Approve for client.
1. Run or add
Use Run sourcing scan for a monitored official-source search, or Add private lead for a referral. The scan may return no drafts when evidence is weak.
2. Triage the source
Open the draft. Confirm what the source actually proves, mandate fit and conflicts. Keep source facts, issuer claims and APH inference separate.
3. Control contact
Draft the smallest useful evidence request, verify the contact and obtain APH approval before sending. Record each real exchange; the Hub does not send it automatically.
4. Test evidence
Work through identity, management, financials, contracts, economics, structure, licences, FX/repatriation and conflicts. “Received” is not “verified.”
5. Review and decide
Name the APH reviewer, state the approval basis and limitations, record conflicts, and choose progress, hold or reject.
6. Release deliberately
Write a plain-language client summary, assign the correct client, then approve. Recheck time-sensitive evidence before any transaction step.
Operational playbook: open SOPs → CBI opportunity sourcing and review in the admin Hub. It provides the reverse delivery plan and ownership for each step.
Trade source register
These are monitored lead, route and verification sources. Use the stated requirements and still complete the Opportunity Review diligence checklist.
