The Build Your Own AI Agent (BYOAI) retreat is an intensive 3.5-day corporate programme grounded in the TEE Method™ by Tonisha Tagoe. From information security fundamentals to deploying your agent against real data, every session is hands-on and outcome-driven.
Three parallel tracks, one foundation
All participants share Day 1 (Foundations): cutting through AI noise, establishing security fundamentals, and setting up your agent digital identity. On Day 2 you choose your track and build alongside peers targeting similar outcomes.

The retreat arc
Day 1 — Foundations: Cut through AI noise, establish security fundamentals (The Mosta Principle), create your agent digital identity. Welcome lunch, orientation, device setup.
Day 2 — Architecture & Build Part 1: Choose your agent track, learn architecture patterns, connect integrations to real tools, write agent logic. By evening your agent decision-making flow is built.
Day 3 — Build Part 2 & Test: Complete integrations, stress-test against real data, extend capabilities, measure ROI. Agent Showcase evening with celebration dinner and gala.
Closing Session — Launch & Sustain: The Monday Morning Test — prove your agent works in the real world. 30-day maintenance plan, AI Excellence Academy onboarding, certificates, farewell lunch.
